With a historical positioning in the Groups business, our mandate was to migrate this boutique lodge in Chobe, Botswana into the FIT market with a new, more commercially relevant and profitable product proposition.

Through product development, establishment of a global network of distribution partners and creation of an expansive online presence by way of a new website, global OTA listings and social media channels, our sales and marketing plan has delivered year-on-year triple digit growth.
